Welcome to Windermere Water Charters.
Providing skippered charters on Lake Windermere our aim is simple, to give you an enjoyable bespoke trip, offering a truly unique view of this beautiful area.
We are licensed by South Lakes District Council to carry up to 6 passengers. We offer single party charters and these can be booked for periods of 1 or 2 hours, half or full days.
We operate from Bowness on Windermere, just a short walk from the centre. Parking can be taken in the adjacent Ferry Nab public car park (LA23 3JH) next to our marina at Mereside. Charters will generally start and finish here, although we can offer the flexibility of pick ups and/or drops off from selected jetties around the lake by prior arrangement.
The Boat Skyfall
Our boat is a superb new 22’ Brig. This offers up to 6 passengers very safe and comfortable seating, with 360 degree views throughout the trip, don’t forget your camera! All passengers are given life jackets which must be worn at all times. We do encourage people to keep an eye on the weather as dress appropriately. Please contact us directly to book a charter.
